Uniform Etiquette
Gis are available for purchase or order on site, or you may purchase gear of your choosing. Hang your uniform to fully dry if not washing immediately to avoid mildew. Wash your Gi, Rash Guard, AND BELT between each class.
Kronos team camps are free of charge and are funded by Kronos branded Gi sales. Please wear your branded Kronos Gi to Kross Training and other team events.
General Etiquette
- Ensure hands and feet are clean
- Trim finger and toe nails & Tie back long hair
- Cover open wounds, secure with athletic tape
- If a rash or infection is present on your body or you have a fever PLEASE STAY HOME!
- Bow onto the mats and greet those already present.
- Place all trash in trash cans and take water bottles home!.
NO SHOES BEFORE ON THE MATS! DO wear shoes to walk between the car and mat.
DO NOT throw cigarette butts or other trash in the yard! Please do not pick flowers/plants or approach any dogs on the property.
Parking Etiquette
Parking is limited, we appreciate your patience!
- Exiting traffic yields to incoming traffic
- All West/East facing parking spots are angled
- When entering stay to the right of the trees and drive all the way around the building to exit.
- Fill spaces furthest to the west and south first
- Pull as far forward into the space as possible to avoid blocking drive.
