Currently Suspended (8/21/25) Little Champions Jiu Jitsu Program

Geared for ages 4-6(ish), this jiu jitsu program fosters a love for the sport from an early age. Simple techniques disguised as fun and games allow youngsters to develop good discipline and technical habits, whether they compete in BJJ or scholastic wrestling. Start them young and give your kids a competitive in a growing sport!

Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30-5:15 PM.


Next Gen Big Kids

Spring Hill Jiu Jitsu boasts a robust children’s jiu jitsu program for girls and boys from ages 7-12. Your kids will burn pent up energy while gaining confidence and learning to remain calm under pressure. Whether preparing for a future in wrestling/jiu jitsu instill your kids with the ability to defend themselves should the need arise.

Next Gen meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-5:55 PM.

Ladies Jiu Jitsu Program

Led by female black belt with more than 15 years of experience training jiu jitsu our ladies program is well suited for ladies aged 13 and up. Learn self defense skills that keep you from becoming a target or develop your passion for sport jiu jitsu in a fun, friendly, competitive environment. Drop your kids of for their class and head on over for your own instruction!

Ladies classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 PM.


No Gi Jiu Jitsu

The fastest growing subset of jiu jitsu, No Gi is fast paced and keeps you on your toes. This class is popular amongst former wrestlers and MMA aficionados while also providing different elements to traditional Gi Jiu Jitsu. For longevity and safety, 3-6 months of Fundamentals is recommended to ensure a proper basis in protective maneuvers.

No Gi Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 AM, and Saturdays at 10 AM.

Gi (Fundamentals) Jiu Jitsu

Based on the elements of ground fighting, Gi Jiu Jitsu provides practical combat attacks and counters for adults & teens, men & women. Learn grappling techniques and self defense while physically and mentally conditioning for competition. Cross Training is welcome! Drop in fee is $20 for non-Kronos affiliates and $10 for Kronos members.

Gi Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 PM.

Jiu Jitsu Open Mats

Open mats are an opportunity to test your newly acquired skills in live sparring. Beginners are encouraged to stick to situational drilling until protective techniques are mastered. Cross training is welcome at our Saturday Open Mat @ 11 am and open to any affiliation for no additional fee so bring a friend! Open mat schedule is subject to change, text 913-486-1526 ahead of time to ensure members will be on site. Always check your ego at the door!

Self Defense

You can’t master self-defense in one class or single workshop. Learning effective means to protect yourself from assailants or common perils of day to day life take practice and consistency. Spring Hill Jiu Jitsu offers quarterly 6-week co-ed self defense programs for families. Great for young ladies preparing for college!

Awesome place to train jiu-jitsu. Prof Christian and Prof Emily are extremely knowledgeable and masters of their craft. The atmosphere there is amazing and everyone feels like family!
